What is your warranty period & return policy?
New items: You may return an unopened and unused product for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving it. Returns must include all original packaging and the original tax invoice. A 20% handling fee will apply if a product is returned opened or unsealed. All new products come with at least 12 months warranty, and the manufacturer’s T’s & C’s for warranty claims will apply (where applicable).
Used items: Most used items are covered by a 6 months Cameraworld fault warranty. This means if your item arrives damaged, or becomes faulty within 6 months of your purchase, you can contact us for a refund, exchange or repair. Due to the nature of second-hand goods, this warranty does not cover refunds for change of mind. In certain circumstances we may assist you with taking back an item, but this will be subject to a restocking fee. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 3 days of receipt of goods. The warranty will be void if an item is found tampered with in any way, or if it was taken to any camera workshop (including the agents) for assessment or service, as they will generally open the item for inspection or service. Returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the cosmetic condition they were in when they were sold.
When will my order be delivered?
We dispatch orders everyday from Monday to Friday using The Courier Guy.
Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped out the same day (where possible).
Free Standard Shipping for Orders over R1500 (R125 if below R1500).
Expedited shipping is available (R200)

Yes, your order is sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us.
