What are your trading hours?

Do you have all items in stock?

We have a good selection of stock readily available, should an item be out of stock we will attempt to have it in stock within 2-3 days depending on supplier availability, whereafter we will dispatch it to you. Due to a recent spate of armed robberies targeted at camera stores, all our cameras and high end equipment is stored offsite. This might result in a delay of 24-48 hours to full-fill orders. Thank you for your understanding – the safety of our staff and customers comes first. Please contact us before ordering to confirm stock and estimated delivery date.

When will my item be delivered?

We make use of multiple courier companies with tracking to service the whole country. Delivery takes +- 2 days to main centres, and +- 3-5 work days to outlying areas. If an item is in stock, and fully paid for, it will leave the same day if ordered before 12pm. Please contact us for urgent orders – overnight deliveries can be arranged at an extra cost, please contact us for an quotation. Deliveries to farms and big entities like power plants etc will incur extra costs. Deliveries are done Mondays to Fridays.

Is my order covered by insurance while in transit?

Yes, your order is sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us.

What is your return policy?

If an item was supplied faulty or it if it was an error on our part, we will gladly arrange for a courier collection and either replace or refund your purchase by EFT. Any unopened an unused items that are in the same condition that it left us, maybe returned at the customers cost for a full refund. Refunds will only be processed once we receive the item back in store for inspection. Refunds are done by EFT and might take 1-3 work days. If the returned item shows any signs of damage, use or loss, we shall be entitled to deduct the cost from your refund money.

You are advised that Content on our site may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. This is inevitable in any large website. We would be grateful if you bring to our immediate attention, any that you find. If, by mistake, we have under-priced Goods, we will not be liable to supply those Goods to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch it to you.
