What are your trading hours?

Which payment methods do you accept?

Debit & Credit cards (Visa & Mastercard), cleared EFT Payments & FNB ATM Cash Deposits

Do you have all items in stock?

We have a good selection of stock readily available, and should an item be out of stock, we will attempt to have it in stock within 2-3 days depending on supplier availability, where after we will dispatch it to you. For security reasons, all high value cameras and equipment is stored offsite. This might result in a delay of 24-48 hours to full-fill orders. Please contact us before ordering to confirm stock.

When will my item be delivered?

We use The Courier Guy for all of our deliveries. Delivery takes +- 2 days to main centers, and +- 3-5 work days to outlying areas. If an item is in stock and fully paid for, it will leave the same day if ordered before 1pm. Please contact us for urgent orders – overnight deliveries can be arranged at an extra cost. We don’t do deliveries to farms, big entities like power plants or mines, or Postnet – in this event, please provide an alternative address, or specify to have it collected at your nearest The Courier Guy depot. Deliveries are done Mondays to Fridays only.

Is my order covered by insurance while in transit?

Yes, your order is sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us.

What is your return policy?

If an item was supplied faulty or it if it was an error on our part, we will gladly arrange for a courier collection and either replace or refund your purchase by EFT. Any unopened an unused items that are in the same condition that it left us, maybe returned at the customers cost for a full refund. Refunds will only be processed once we receive the item back in store for inspection. Refunds are done by EFT and might take 1-3 work days. If the returned item shows any signs of damage, use or loss, we shall be entitled to deduct the cost from your refund money.

You are advised that Content on our site may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. This is inevitable in any large website. We would be grateful if you bring to our immediate attention, any that you find. If, by mistake, we have under-priced Goods, we will not be liable to supply those Goods to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch it to you.
