At this stage we will only accept payment via EFT. Payment by Debit & Credit card will be coming soon!

How to order

First Create an account, add the product(s) you would like to buy to your shopping cart, and click on Checkout to complete your order. An invoice will be shown on screen (and emailed to you), please make an EFT payment and use your order number as payment reference, and email us proof of payment to sales{at}cameraworld{dot}co{dot}za.


We try to keep all advertised items in stock, your items will be dispatched within 1-2 work days from receiving cleared payment. Delivery will be door to door by a reputable courier, and depending on your area, can take +- 1-3 work days. Total delivery time from order +- 3-5 work days.

Return policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original delivery cost if applicable). Should the item not be in the condition as it was send out (seals or packets broken, item used, etc.), a fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount, as we cannnot sell the item as new any longer. Refunds will be done within 3-5 work days after the item reached us, and only after inspection on our side has been done. Batteries, chargers, software & backgrounds cannot be refunded - please contact us before ordering if you have any uncertainty. Customer needs to pay for shipping cost back to us, unless it was an mistake caused by us.


We can ship to virtually any address in South Africa. Please note that delivery days are estimated, and that additional delivery time must be allowed for outlying areas. Additional costs may be charged by couriers for delivery to remote areas, farms, power plants, mines etc. We will inform you before your order leaves, should this be the case.


All items are covered a 12 month local warranty. Some manufactures like Canon, Nikon. Sigma, Tamron etc. offer longer warranty periods. Products that are sourced from overseas will be covered by a limited warranty for 12 months by us. Please phone us should you experience any problems with an item that you bought from us (even when out of warranty), and we will gladly assist. If an item is faulty upon receipt, you will have 7 days to inform us to have it replaced. After this period, items has to be booked in to have it repaired under warranty. Repair terms & trunaround times are diferent for each supplier, but generaly takes 2-3 weeks and excludes accidental damage. A copy of the original invoice needs to be included for all returns & repairs.

Although every effort is made to insure accurate pricing and product information on this site, Cameraworld would not be held bound to prices or held responsable for incorrect product information on this website. A refund will be given if we cannot supply a product at a given price. Should backordered items come in at a higher price, the client will have the option to pay the diference, or get a full refund.
